Prince William Art Society at the ARTfactory 2025 Exhibit

The Prince William Art Society (PWAS) Policies:

  1. This Call for Art is limited to Current Members 2025 of the Prince William Art Society. You are welcome to join or rejoin PWAS by going to the Online Membership page and processing your membership fee - prior - to the Art Call Deadline.
  2. Art must be available to exhibit for the duration of the show unless sold by the ARTfactory and PWAS, the organizers, sponsors and hosts of the event. Our preference is to not remove art sold until the end of the show, but the ARTfactory may sell art from the show at their discretion.
  3. We exhibit art that has not been previously exhibited at a PWASAF show.
  4. Art tags will be generated from the registration information submitted. Login to ARTCALL to ensure information is accurate.
    NOTE: No changes are accepted after the submission deadline – the artist must review to ensure their info is correct.
  5. All paintings and 2D artworks must be:
    1. Framed and finished
    2. Ready to hang with wire on back - NO saw-tooth hangers
    3. Labeled with artist's name and art's title on back. Available for print out is an ARTCALL back label - see your User Dashboard.
  6. PWAS reserves the right to hang/display pieces or place them in reserve at its discretion and hang/display pieces in locations that are deemed suitable.
  7. PWAS does not accept the shipping of art to or from the PWASAF show.
  8. Artwork unclaimed after thirty (30) days following Art Pick Up becomes the property of PWAS.
  9. The artist retains copyright to his/her image(s). However, accepted images become part of the PWAS archives and may be used for current/future PWASAF and PWAS promotion.
  10. PWAS is not responsible for theft or damage of artwork from any cause whatsoever. Artists should insure their own work.
  11. The Prince William Art Society (PWAS) is a 501(c) 3 non-profit art organization dedicated to the promotion, creation, appreciation, and exhibition of the visual fine arts in Prince William County and in Northern Virginia. PWAS organizes and administers the Prince William Art Society at the ARTfactory 2025 May15-30, 2025, as well as the drop off and pickup dates. The ARTfactory receive a 30% commission of the sales price of each piece sold. The artist receives 70% of the sale price of each piece. And the Prince William Art Society will not receive a commission on artwork sold.
  12. Registration is considered complete when the following are submitted by the registration deadline.

  • $15 non-refundable registration fee per current PWAS Member
  • Digital images and required information inputted into ARTCALL
