IMAGE FILE: Juried-In work will not only be on display at ARTfactory, but will also be displayed in an Online Gallery, available for viewing during the show. Make sure you submit a professional high-quality image both for jurying and for potential buyers to view your work at its best.

ARTWORK DIMENSIONS: The minimum size of art (the canvas) to submit is 16x16 inches and the maximum is up to 40x40 inches. The canvas must be a minimum depth of 1.5 inches, so if less - it must be framed.

The DIMENSIONS listed for the Art - should be size of image/canvas (surface) – not the framed size.

ACCEPTED MEDIA: Submissions must be original, non-reproduceable work by living artists. Contact PWAS Board if any questions.

ABOUT 2D ART: All artwork MUST BE original, 2-Dimensional artworks in – Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor Paintings; Drawing, Encaustic, Pastel, and Mixed Media (combination of 2D media, list main components used). Digital art and Photography are allowed.

Due to space limitations we will not be accepting 3D art or AI generated art.

IMPORTANT FRAMING INFO: Framing is always an important consideration for any artwork and selling that art piece. It is important to remember that art buyers (and potential jurors) also study the framing of the piece when making a purchase, so make sure your artwork is framed appropriately and enhances its visual appeal.

Accepted 2D artwork must be framed or on gallery-wrapped canvas with painted edges. Gallery-wrapped canvas should be a minimum of 1½” canvas depth – not smaller, so .75 inch canvas depth will need a frame. Finished sides mean that on the edges either the image continues over the edges OR the sides are painted and finished.

  • All media except Oil, Acrylic or Encaustic must be framed with glass or acrylic.
  • All artwork must have wire on back for hanging - NO sawtooth hangers. See PWAS Display
  • If work does not meet framing criteria it will not be hung during the show.

  1. Artistic Theme: Design, vision, creativity, originality
